Now that the regular legislative session and the reconvened veto session are both over -- and new laws are set to take effect on July 1st -- I am holding my regular community hours this weekend on Saturday, June 19th, at the Franconia Government Center (6121 Franconia Road) from 10 a.m. to noon.

You do not need to make an appointment to join me; just show up anytime between 10 a.m. and noon if there's something you'd like to discuss. I will be happy to go over new legislation, take suggestions for next session, or help with any issue related to state government. I will also have a handful of new state roadmaps available for anyone who wants one.

As always, it is an honor to serve the residents of the 43rd district in making South Fairfax County an even better place to live. Please don't be a stranger.
